Who is Eligible for Priority Services?
Our Priority Services are free of charge and designed to support customers who might require a little extra help. We understand that circumstances change, and our goal is to be there for you. You may be eligible if you or someone in your household:
- Is of pensionable age.
- Has young children under the age of five.
- Has a long-term medical condition, a physical disability, or restricted mobility.
- Has a temporary condition or is recovering from surgery.
- Requires communication in a different language, Large Print, Braille, or Audio.
What Support Do We Offer?
By registering, you unlock several helpful benefits tailored to your needs. During planned interruptions or emergency situations, such as a burst main, Priority Services customers receive proactive communication and, when necessary, alternative water supplies (like bottled water delivered to your door). We also offer Password Protection schemes to protect you from bogus callers, providing extra peace of mind and security.
